I was given Bear after my 5 year old Standardbred had to be put down after a year of recovery from a leg injury. Unfortunately it didn’t go to plan, he was also a Standardbred just like Bear his name was Brumby.

After I got Bear everything fell into place, he was cheeky just like Brumby. He was just everything I could ask for in a horse.

I’ve had him 3 months so far, he’s been amazing to ride up the road, get out and just have fun on.

I’ve been practicing getting him into a canter and we did it.

We have lots more adventures to come and I can’t wait.

Brumby would be so proud of you Bear.
