Stable to Stirrup

The Standardbred Stable to Stirrup Charitable Trust which has been established to facilitate the transition of standardbred horses to their life after racing.  

The main objectives of the trust are to maintain the welfare of the horse, provide financial support for re-homers and educate new owners on ownership of their horse.

The Trust is a registered charity with the Charities Commission of NZ and is working with Harness Racing New Zealand where possible to facilitate the transition of these horses to their life after racing.
